Put it in neutral with Peeper Correct Color Corrector, a lightweight cream designed to counteract discoloration. The Green shade helps neutralize areas of redness, while the Peach shade helps neutralize dark areas for a brighter appearance. Apply a small amount to areas of discoloration, then softly blend with your fingertips, a sponge, or a brush. Allow to dry, and follow up with Peeper Perfect Under-Eye Concealer.
